HIRING THE HALL
The Village Hall is an ideal venue for a wide variety of events, gatherings and celebrations. It is also the hub for community activities and local groups, like Brownies & the WI.
The main hall has a maximum capacity for 160 people standing, 130 seated in rows or 120 people seated at tables. The main hall is also served by a brand new kitchen with a full set of crockery & cutlery, dishwasher, catering & domestic fridges, 2 ovens, hob, microwave and urn. There are ladies' & gents', as well as an accessible/inclusive bathroom with a baby changing station.

The main hall is equipped with a 4.5m screen and high quality projector and speakers system, all of which is available as an add-on to hourly bookings.
​
The Coulby Room is a smaller space, suitable for workshops, training sessions or small parties. It has a separate entrance and its own kitchen station for people to make their own refreshments.
​
Outside, there is a large car park, formal gardens to the east of the building, a large paddock to the west and a play park for under 8s.
​
The Hall is available for hire 7 days a week. We have put together an "Information for Hirers" document, full of useful information, which is available to download here. For any special requests, we would be only too happy to discuss your needs.

Evening/Night (6pm+) £20/hr
COULBY ROOM
£10/hr or £25 for 3 hours

Weddings:
We offer 2 options for wedding hires:
1) a 3-day hire (usually Fri-Sun) to allow time for set up and clear away either side of the wedding celebrations
£1950 for 2024/25
2) a 2-day hire (usually Sat-Sun) which is ideal for couples hosting an evening celebration
£1450 for 2024/25
Wedding bookings include use of all the hall's facilities, planning visits, audio visual equipment - we host regular open viewings (check our facebook page for dates) so please pop in and see us and we'll gladly show you round & talk you through the details.
